Smart Living is a new "all-in-one" answer to the increasing lack of space that is typical of modern living - it cleverly combines a TV & wall unit with a multi-functional table and folding chairs.
Designed by Marco Pozzoli & Stefano Curioni in partnership with Fimar Mobili for Italian brand Ozzio who specialise in creative furniture for limited spaces.
This self-standing unit has built-in storage to house a pull-out dining table (in a lower cupboard) seating up to 8 people, plus space behind the TV screen, which folds outwards (see detailed image) to reveal storage for up to 6 dining chairs.
The arm of the TV unit is adjustable, with full 140‚àû rotation & can support a TV screen up to 52". All cables are neatly hidden and there is an optional LED lighting strip.

The unit seen here has a main structure lacquered in matt inverno, a TV panel in cement and a front drawer in oak. The accompanying shelf unit (in matching finishes) has a useful drawer & three functional shelves.
The table shown is a Minilong convertible table (coffee to dining) which is gas-powered & height adjustable with sliding wheels. Seen here with a white gloss frame & a grey beton eco-wood top. The foldaway Nobys chairs have a gloss white frame & white polypropylene seat & back.
